Taravangian

King Taravangian

His secret hospital and his secret diagram are the same project: a plan to save the world by ruling it, written on a day he was brilliant and cruel.

The kindly old king of the City of Bells.

Look

A grandfather: thinning white hair, kind wrinkled face, simple robes. Looks harmless.

Gentle, rambling, politically underestimated.
